Ray's was the second plumbers who tried to clear the drain. My regular plumber was unsuccessful, but they suggested trying Ray's since they have a wider variety of snakes. Otherwise, they were going to have to jack hammer the floor up and replace the pipes/drains. Ray's was able to get the job done. All members of their crew were extremely nice, professional, clean and honest/trustworthy.
