The Oklahoma heat really kicked on Tue. the 26th. Turned on AC later in the evening and it ran great for a few hours. When it recycled all it would do was hum from the inside of furnace. Called Mallard Heat And Air Wed. morning and they were here Thur. morning and had it fixed really quick. We couldn't have been more pleased. Was very prompt, cheerful & courteous.

Wonderful experience.  Kept me informed of accurate ETA for arrival.  Very knowledgeable.  Had problem assessed within minutes of arrival--and the best part is that he had replacement part in his van, so he did not have to order or get the part.  I am so pleased with David and highly recommend him.  He will be the only Heating and Air Vendor that I will use.
