They came out when we called and they looked over everything. They came out on a Friday and they had to order a AC. It was gonna be a couple days before they got it in. It was very hot and they brought a couple of portable AC units to keep out house cool while we waited. I thought they were pretty professional. The wiring could have been a little different but I think they did fine. My husband is a little more picky. They were on time and came when they said. I would probably use them again.

Their ability in problem solving stood out the most. The house is around 120 years old and they had to be creative in moving things in order to preserve the integrity of the house. It was a challenge and they did an outstanding job in working with us.
