+ -1 moreOne thing I appreciated a lot was that David did not use high pressure sales techniques.
Description of Work: Replaced heat and air unit with new system and added another return vent to system. The review of my old system was consistent with other heat & air companies. The price was a little higher than a big company here in town, but it included an additional return vent to make the system more efficient. Further, I had a trouble call this summer (2012) -- the whole unit just quit and I couldn't get it to do anything. David came over that day and checked it out. It was the filters (how embarrassing, I hadn't changed them soon enough) He didn't charge me for this call. :)
