Not so, good. My car continue to had problems since i got it. They never had good communication. Customer service is trouble. . The waiting forever to get it fix.

What they did was, take me close to a heart attack. I've never been so angry with a place in my entire life. I went all the way up to the vice president of the company, to finally get a resolution, not of their company, the vice president of Jeep. They finally did fix it. My car was under warranty and they wanted to put an used product in it and they wanted to keep it for almost a month, before they got it back to me. They were terribly unresponsive. But, Jeep finally took care of it and provided the equipment needed and listened to me and did what needed to be done. The manager of the company would not even talk to me, didn't have the time to be bothered I suppose. The manager of the department did her best, but there was no satisfaction to be had from them, it was going to take them four to six weeks to get it finished. I had to rent a car because of that. Once they actually fixed the product, it's perfect. However, the quality of their customer service was a zero. The actual labor, they did alright. They followed up on two or three points of getting it to the point where it was replaced.
