I purchased the sensor and called and made an appointment. There was some problems with the estimate and parts order. First the estimate was increased to two hours instead of one after they got started. Also when I took it in, there was a part (o-ring) that didn't get ordered and I had to wait a week for it to come in. They installed it and I talked to the manager about the confusion. He was awesome. I didn't ask for a refund, but he refunded an hour of service charge without asking and then he talked with me about the other issues. This kind of management and handling will make me return. The actual service that was performed was quality and their customer service orientation was obvious.
