The only reason we used this company was because after years wanting to solve the drainage problem of water pouring to our house from the neighbors yard, this was the only company they would use. They are friends with someone in the company. The workers came and removed the old wood retaining wall and when done they left a big square space open in the back fence where they had removed the old wood retaining because "that was not part of the new fence". I had to call them and they wouldn't accept responsibility, it took a lot of arguing to get them to fix it. Two years later, after all the recent rains we found a sink hole by the retaining wall. When the retaining wall was built apparently they found and old drainage line connecting the neighbors yard to our drainage system (the neighbors had no drainage system and this was done by the previous owner of our house) they cut the line and left it open and covered it with dirt! We called the company , their response was: accuse us of cutting that line ourselves. Unbelievable! Why would we spent thousands of dollars on building a retaining wall only to have it ruined by cutting a drainage line and causing a sink hole next to it? When I got upset about this accusation I was told not to get upset that he was offering to fix it I just had to but several parts at Home Depot and call him when I had them so he would send his people to fix it. Needless to say we got the parts and fixed it ourselves. So much for customer service.
