After submitting competetive bid and signing contract, contractor failed to contact us for two months. No money was asked for nor received up front. Claims contract was misplaced We contacted him and work was finally begun. Once the work began, it took one day to complete job. Results were very satisfactory. Cleanup was very thorough. Had it not been for the very unprofessional misplacement of our initial contract, we would have given this contractor an A.
