While checking out our system (in a two story home), they realized there wasn't adequate air return for the Air Exchanger. They added an additional Air Return, which allowed the system to really breathe (which blew dirt out of the vents, it was so much better)... They quoted me the extra work before they started and it was very reasonable. This work was performed several years ago (before Angies List), so I just wanted to catch up on reviewing the companies that I have done business with over the past few years. These guys were nice and considerate, and they worked efficiently.
