It was a little rocky at first because the doors that came in were warped so they wouldn’t close right. They ordered new doors and installed them so that was all taken care of. They made two or three trips out here and everything got done properly. It cost more than we dreamed it would, but we didn’t shop around so we don’t have anything to compare it to. They dropped the ball a little with the reordering; we had to stay on them.

It was a total nightmare. It looks great now but the person that I dealt with did not have it together at all. It took three months to get the correct thing ordered and to get everything ironed out. I just thought the service was not good; even talking to the manager did not help me. It was confusing and they didn’t communicate well. I ended up with a bigger fireplace than I wanted even though I asked about it repeatedly. The price was good but I had to bring in another person to work on the wall. They have other areas that might be good but I wouldn't use them again for fireplaces.

THIS IS A SMALL LOCAL COMPANY WITH A WELL EARNED REPUTATION FOR QUALITY WORK. THEY PROVED THAT WHILE THEY WORKED AROUND MY HOME AND DEALT PROFESSIONALLY WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS THAT CAME UP. THEY DIDN'T OVERCHARGE ME AT ALL FOR THE WORK THEY DID.
