With every washer load of clothes, there would be a small river running out from underneath my Maytag Neptune and across the garage floor. I called them about the leak. The first thing the repairman said was that we needed a new door latch and he would have to order it. I think it took 2 or 3 days for the part to come in. I said I was surprised that would have anything to do with leaking underneath the washer, but my husband said to go ahead and order the part. The door latch was replaced and the man left. The next time I washed clothes, I still had water coming from under the washer. I was angry about having to spend so much money for a part I didn't think was necessary and still having the original problem.. Last week after doing washing, I noticed there was no more leaking. I have done several loads over the week and it hasn't leaked at all this week. Maybe the work he did April10th fianlly paid off After June 1st.

THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITH EASE AND DID A GREAT JOB ON IT. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY TO ME WHILE THEY WORKED AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WHILE IN MY HOME.
