They do good , the communication was good the price and customer service they communicate well. They let us know they will be here they were friendly.

The actual mowing and edging were great.  They mowed to my height preferences, worked quickly, dressed professionally, and always closed the gates.
The office staff (Renee) however, is very rude.  She is short on the phone, acts as if she's not responsible for mistakes, and is forgetful.  She does not write things down, or does not refer back to them after writing them down.  
The mowers repeatedly missed their assigned mowing days, and did no make up work the following day(s).  We would go 2 weeks between mowing at times, with no communication from Renee.  A little extra care to make sure I was up to speed on why mowing days were missed would have saved me as a customer - but that didn't happen.   
This company was great in 2011, but in 2013, the customer service has gone down significantly.  Hire them at your own risk .

They're not the cheapest but one of the best. They do lawn work, sprinkler systems, outside kitchens, tree work and rock and paving. They're pretty much all service for outdoors. My overall experience with them has been excellent. The quality of the service is excellent.

I have been using Lawnovations for about 1 1/2 years now and I have never been disappointed. During the summer, they will also cut the grass which costs about $35, edge the hedges and remove the leafs. Depending on the job for leaf removal depends on the price. Just like the last time they came out, everything always goes as fine as can be. I have no problems with them at all.
