Both provided answers to my question in a professional, respectful manner. Kyle came at the scheduled time and answer more questions. The gate was up an running after 30 minutes.

"This work was actually completed July 29, 2010 (four years prior to this review); however, I do recall the issue to which a poor review is being given. We were provided an incorrect property plat to work from by the customer. It was acknowledged after the fence line was installed that there was a revised plat that should have been given to us. It is not Jenks Fence practice to charge any customer for any mistake that we might make; however, this was not our mistake and that is why an additional charge for labor only to move the fence was added. We were never compensated for the additional work."

We give you an estimated start date and we are usually very close to that. I see that there was a longer than normal time from signing to completion on your job than usual. I have certain people that I want to do specific types of fence and sometime the availability of the proper personnel can create a delay and this happened here. I appreciate your business and hope everything else with your fence is excellent. Rusty"
We ask several quotes (5) from different providers listed here on Angie's. (2) of them never showed up regardless our appointment. Out of the (3) companies that came and took measurement
From Jenks Fence, Kirk came on time and did the measurements. 24 hours later we had written RFQ specifying all the job
I went to the main office with my Husband and we were kindly received by Rusty, the general Manager from Jenks Fence. Rusty came with more options in terms of styles (we were walked around Jenks Fence show yard) and pricing. We really liked the patience, flexibility and in deep explanations from Rusty.
We were in a tight time frame and others were offering the job done in 6 weeks, Rusty pulled it off and promised a month tops.
After paying the 50% of the job, Jenks sent Luis to our home. A neat craftsman that sent the posts in the same week. Luis worked neatly the Fence and two weeks later we had the Fence in in place with the opener. They work was quickly done (10 days ahead) in a very professional way
We are very satisfied with the work done. I will hire them again when need it.

"First of all, I would like to thank you for choosing Jenks Fence to do your fence project. There are a lot of choices in this market and I am glad you chose us. I also would like to thank you for the very positive comments you made about the installation crew, Shari and Darren. I am sorry about the delay in getting to your job and I am a little confused about the comment on me “dancing around the issue”. I thought I was very clear in my explanation of the material shortage. I also explained that we had the material on order before you ever signed up with us. If I would have known we were looking at this type of delay I most certainly would have informed you up front. I would like it to be known, that I still haven’t received my shipment of the round rail material as I am writing this and we finished your fence two weeks ago. I was able to acquire a small amount to satisfy your project and a couple of others that had been waiting. I did this at an added cost to me, but wanted to get your fence installed. I was repeatedly told my shipment was on its way and that is the information I relayed to you. I am sorry it wasn’t accurate, but that was all I had. I did not in any way attempt to deceive or give any kind of a runaround. The truth is: I was (and still am) getting the runaround from a supplier and that made me look bad to you. I have no control over this situation, but I am very happy that we excelled at the areas we do have control over. I would once again like to thank you for using Jenks Fence and I hope you will use us again when your needs arise, it is a very rare instance that product gets back-ordered this long and hopefully will not happen again.
