I coasted into their establishment today on a completely flat tire. When I walked into the store with my 2 children I was greeted with a scowl and a and quot;what do you want?and quot; I told them I had a flat that needed to be repaired and they responded and quot;How flat?and quot; When I told them it was a pancake they said they would get to it tonight (it was 3:45pm). I asked them if they could help me put the spare on because that time frame wasn't feasible for me. They told me no there were cars waiting so I said thank you and walked out. I went to my minivan and proceeded to look for my insurance card to call road side assistance or to see if my friend could come help me change it. The office manager followed me outside and said and quot;Mam, what are you doing?!and quot; When I told her I was calling for help she said and quot;You CANNOT change your tire in our parking lot.and quot; When my friend arrived to change the tire they forced him to pull the van into the alley so it was not on their property before he changed the tire. POOR POOR POOR customer service!!! When I arrived at Hibdon Tire in Tulsa they greeted me with friendliness, fixed my tire within 30 minutes and did it all for free!! When I told them about my Cecil Tire experience they were appalled. They could not believe I was treated that way.

On my way home from golf I stopped at a store to make a purchase. When I came out my 1995 Plymouth Voyager Van wouldn't start. It would turn over and try to start but would die immediately. I've used Cecil's in the past 6 months since I moved to Jenks so I called. I told Jan, the owner, where I was stuck, which was about a mile away. She said to sit tight and she would send one of her techs down right away. Two techs came. They took a look and figured out very quickly what my problem was. By banging on the gas tank underneath the van they got the fuel filter to turn enough to get the van started and suggested I drive it right down to Cecil's before it quit again. I followed them back to the shop. Then Jan had one of the guys drive me home. The van was ready the next day. Great customer service and quality work.

I had a flat tire and when to get a replacement estimate. They did not have any tires close to my price range but agreed to see if the tire could be replaced. There was a puncture close to the sidewall and they would not repair it due to and quot;safetyand quot; issues. Since I could not be talked into purchasing a new tire he was kind enough to advise me to purchase a plug and fix it myself. I did just that and the repair is still holding

Cecil's Tire Center is not just a tire shop they also do auto repair. I have gone to them for years, they are honest and friendly. They are skilled mechanics and I know when I have to have repair work done they will fix only what needs to be done and nothing else. They always give me a fair price on tires. I will continue to use their services. I highly recommend them.
