He was out for an hour and 15 minutes on a Thursday in the middle of the day (obviously not an "emergency" night or weekend job). 30 of those minutes we spent waiting for his associate to go to Lowe's for parts he didn't have. Afterwards, he billed us for two full hours at $135/hour and explained that he "always rounded his hours up". Of course he does - that's an extra $101.25 in his pocket, just because of the way he does his math. In addition, he left a huge hole beneath our counter where he had to cut sheet rock to get to the broken pipe.

He spent less than an hour doing this using a pump to drain the sink and also drainage pipes. He also helped us with another problem we were having with the soap dispenser, and he pointed an issue with the Delta faucet. He is very professional and takes care not to make a mess. Everything was much cleaner after he left!
