Baker Pool originally installed our pool We had rust spots on our pool deck so I started the (long) process of getting it fixed. I called and emailed for over a month before Baker Pool finally agreed to send someone out to look at it. We scheduled the fix and they sent out 2 people to patch the area. It looks HORRIBLE. The plaster color doesn't even come close to matching . It looks so bad, I'd rather have the rust spots. When I tried to get something done, the service mgr basically said nothing could be done. The problem...No one told me it would look this bad. If they had, I would not have done it. This company has VERY POOR communication. It seems to be headed downhill. I even spoke with the owner twice about the issue. He was belligerent and condescending. I won't be spending anymore money here and will find a reputable company to fix my ledge and anything else that is pool related

Other places may be cheaper, but Baker has done enough pools to know how to do it right. Gentry had the experience to guide me successfully through my budget-conscious pool project. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. He worked with me to manage risk. Someone always returned a phone call or a text within 1 business day. The little bit extra was worth the peace of mind when sinking a significant amount of money in my back yard. Weather and utility companies caused delays for me, but Baker made extra efforts to stay on schedule. When torrential rains flooded my yard and the unfinished pool, the company sent out someone after hours on a Friday to help me out. Comparing stories with a few other owners of new pools from other builders, I can confidently say I had the best experience of the bunch.

We live in a hill region and we just wanted a plain lap pool. They had to cancel the appointment a couple of times. They did call when they knew they were not going to be able to come. We had to wait on their engineering crew. They wanted us to pay the engineer to come out and determine how the pool needed to be built and stabilized. We decided not to pay upfront. We did not have a pool put in because it was higher than the amount that we wanted to pay.

We loved doing business with Baker Pools. They were prompt and courteous. The quotation was fair and timely. The job was completed to our satisfaction. The pool interior looks great, the plumbing for the heater is well-done, and there was minimal mess. We will definitely use them again!

The only negative issue which we were told about in advance was they would likely demolish the irrigation system in the backyard where pool would be installed. They did indeed but had a reasonable provider work with us afterwards to get things back to working order.

The tech arrived promptly and was very courteous. Although he appears to have repaired the pump, he missed a leak in the piping that was visible to my son this past weekend. The tech's suggestion to locate the leak - had I pursued it - would have been quite expensive. I am very disappointed due to the high rating on the list and am still looking for a good pool service company.

I first noticed that some of our neighbors were having a pool installed by Baker, and was looking for a new pool service. We have used Baker Pools for about 3 years now and will continue.

We had an old pool pump and system which cracked and spewing water. We were a first time customer and they responded promptly and gave quote with options. We elected to replace the pool system rather than repairing it because of its age. They set up a day to come and replace it, and even though it was freezing (literally) cold outside and windy, they came as promised. Everything was left neat and tidy, no big mess left for me to clean up.

I am very pleased with their honesty as they could have really taken us for a ride and said that we needed to replace the whole unit. I would have never known the difference. Instead, they had just charged us a service fee. They have provided me with many services in the past and I have always been pleased with their work.

I USE MY POOL A LOT AND IT CAN GET VERY DIRTY. I WENT THROUGH ABOUT THREE COMPANIES WHO NEVER QUITE CUT IT BUT THIS COMPANY IS GREAT. I USED TO HAVE MY POOL CLEANED THREE TIMES A WEEK, BUT THEY CLEAN IT SO WELL WE ONLY NEED THEM TWICE A WEEK.

THE UPKEEP ON THE POOL IS ALWAYS WHAT WE EXPECT. I BELIEVE THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE. BAKER'S WILL ALWAYS RESPOND TO MY EVERY COMPLY. I LOVE THESE GUYS.
