Michael built a roof over our patio in 2022 We wanted it done cheaply and that?s what we got. I had to add brackets to his final build because it just seemed flimsy. The roll of roofing he put on top was not done properly. When we had our homes roof replaced later that summer they had to rip his work off and install a two layer system to have it done right and tuck far enough under the shingles. All in all it cost us another $3500 to fix his job. Very unhappy.
