Concrete Repair
WHAT REALLY STOOD OUT TO ME WAS THEIR LACK OF FOCUS FOR THE TASK AT HAND. I THINK IF THEY WOULD HAVE TRIED HARDER, THE JOB WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BETTER.
