These young men worked HARD ! The outside temeratures exceeded 105 every day yet they continued without complaint. At one point, they had to rent a bigger trencher than they had and did not try to add additional fees as many would try. The process took a few more days than estimated due to the rock formation they had to trench and one day they had to interrupt my job in order to help another customer that had lost all water to her home. I thought this was a good reason for a 1 day delay, they actually seem to care about customers. The end result was good and there have been no equipment problems so far. The only recommendation I would make is to increase Redman's warranty period to at least 2 years in place of the current 1 year. This was the reason one of my neighbors chose another company.
