Thermostat out on 17 year old hot water heater. Replaced Thermostat for $625.00. They were out the same day called. Very timely and professional. However, I think a professional would have suggested I replace the hot water heater of that age, and not just replace the thermostat. I even asked if it should not be replaced. I now have hot water, but feel like I was taken by such a high price and knowing that in the near future I will most likely need to replace my old hot water heater. They were up front about the charge, and I agreed, but feel I was taken advantage of by my ignorance. I also asked about the water that appeared to be backing up in my hot water closet and was reassured it was nothing. A week later, I called out someone else to clean my drain which backed up while doing laundry. It seems the plumber just wanted to do the easy thermostat replacement. I should have said no and called someone else.

Initial phone call was informative and courteous. Appointment was able to me made for the very next morning. Technicians called to confirm address and arrival time and were actually 45 minutes EARLIER than we thought they would arrive. There was in issue with the toilet we had purchased and they paused work to let us go get another one so the job could be completed. Richard and Jason were professional but also personable. They explained anything we wanted to know and even help me with a small problem that wasn't on our order. Pricing was clear and upfront.

Moved to new house and was looking for plumber to install my water softener and RO from my previous house. Some plumbers were asking for $5,000 to do the work!!!!  
Eventually I was directed to red dirt plumbing by water softener manufacturer.  Plumbers gave me an estimate on a Friday and on Tuesday performed the work and installed my water softener / filtration system  and RO system.  I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail.  The water softener and RO is working perfectly and I now have good water!

They were hard to get scheduled and to communicate with but the work was good.

So far due to the lack of contact and the unprofessional workmanship and conduct of this company I would not recommend that anybody use them. Installing used when quoting for new is fraud.

They were really fast to respond when I called them. I called them and said that I had a problem with the water softener and they came out the next day. They looked at it and fixed it.
