They were fine.

I had my septic tank pumped and was told my lateral lines had gone bad.  Unable to afford new lateral lines right away I've had them out a couple more times to pump my septic tank.  The first time they came out I gave very specific directions and told them I would be home from work around 12:30pm.  When I got home from work I discovered they had been calling me since 11:30am and they were angry because I wasn't home and they couldn't find my house.  As it turned out they were just down the street from me.  The owners do not like to talk or do not know how to communicate.  Instead of calling me by my name they kept calling me lady.  Most times instead of speaking with me they had an employee do it who was working with him.  The second time I had my septic tank pumped I used someone else.  When they came out I was told that Rackley's did not do a good job pumping the tank out the first time.  The 2nd company had to pump water back into the tank to get it cleaned out all the way.  Due to money issues I went ahead and used Rackley's a 3rd and 4th time because they only charged $200.  After only 2 weeks my septic tank was full again which is impossible, due to the only water being used is 1 shower a day and flushing the toilets only once a day (no I did not put toilet paper down it).  I had the house checked to make sure there were no water leaks.  I will not use Rackley's company again and do not recommend anyone else using them either.
