No problems whatsoever. This is the second time I have used them and I'm sure I will again.

The HVAC guy said my furnace wasn't wired up properly and I'd need an electrician to fix it. I called Morgan Electric who said they could get someone out the next day. I said fine, but if they had a cancellation I'd appreciate it if they come the same day. They called back in a couple of hours and asked if I'd like them to come right then. I did. Two guys came. They fixed the hiring issue right away.

Terrible. The man who came out turned out to be one of the owners. He was rude and hateful.

We were having multiple short blackouts overnight and the electric company insisted it was on our side not theirs.  So first thing the next morning I called Morgan Electric and they came out in about an hour, pulled our breaker box, ran multiple checks and diagnosed it as more than likely on the power company side not ours.
We called the power company when the problem persisted and it was at the pole by the road so they were right.  The workers were professional and polite and the cost was affordable.  They have done work for our mother and did a good job with that too and we will use them again if we need an electrician.

I bought a new over-the-range microwave to replace one that broke. I planned to replace it myself until I realized how heavy it was. I called Morgan Electric on Monday. They said they would do it for $90, but they couldn't get to it until Thursday. They called me a couple of hours later that same day and said they had just had some time come open, so if I wanted them to, they could come right then. I did want them to, so they came right away and were done in about 30 minutes. They said it was an easier job than they expected, so they charged me $75 instead of $90. They're my new favorites!

Called Morgan electric an appointment was made for two days later. Two electricians arrived on time and completed the job within an hour. The actual price was cheaper than what the original estimate was!

They had some difficulty finding what was wrong with the ceiling fan lights ( the fan part worked). They replaced the chain pull component but this did not fix. They found a part which usually worked with a remote control and took it out wiring around it. This fixed the problem. They were focused, efficient, and thought outside the box. This is what I appreciated about them the most. I had had another electrician look at it and he could not find the problem. Reasonable too. I will definitely use them again.

Went well. Changed switch for a $1.00 part when could have charged me for new ballast.

From the quote to the final job was completed, this company performed outstanding. All work that was requested was completed timely and professionally.

I called them and they were out the same day. They got right to work and didn't stop untill work was done. It took less than an hour and they charge 90.00 an hour would say it all went very well.

A friend told me there are 4-5 Morgan Electric companies.
Gary said all are from the same family, and honest.
Everyone I talked to was friendly, and they don't mind answering questions.

They came out gave an estimate and then came out on the day scheduled on time. For the amount of work to be performed they did a very good, speedy, accurate job. This is the 3rd time we have used them and they are very good. We will continue to use Morgan Electric for our electrical needs.

There were NO problems throughout the process. I found Morgan Electric through Angie's List and would highly recommend them. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate, scheduled the work quickly, completed the work in less time than expected and did a very professional job.

I wrote up a list of requirements and specifications. I gave the list to the estimator and we refined them. I had a quote two days latter and a week after than the work was performed.

They were punctual, they were very friendly, curteous and polite.
There was a plug that was not 100% right so they came back out the next day and made it right.

I would recommend them and will use them again.

Showed up on time and fixed what needed fixing. I've used them for years and never had an issue with their work.

We received a bid from another company and Morgan Electric to do this job, the other company quoted over $400.00 to do the job and said it would take a minimum of 3 hours if it went over the 3 hours there would be an additional charge. They also said we would have to pay an inspector to come out which would have been another $50.00. Since we have done a multitude of things including moving a house in on our property we already knew that because we live in the county in lieu of city limits that an inspector was NOT necessary. When we went to Morgan Electric the owner was extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable and after discussing it with my husband (who knows electric just is not licensed) he quoted the job at $125 and said it would not be a penny more, no inspector was needed due to us living in the county and not city limits and the job would only take 1 hour to complete. He scheduled it to be done the next morning. His employees called before coming to make sure we were here and to let us know they were on their way. They were here for an hour. After they left my husband went to the small house that the service provides the electric to and still had no power, he called Morgan and they came right back, checked the system and found we had a bad neutral wire in our underground wiring due to either gophers or tree roots. They did not charge for the second trip! The owner is the one that came back out and said they had already done the job for us and that this trip was at no charge. Is this service? ABSOLUTELY We would have paid for the second trip but also appreciate the fact that he did not charge, he said he knew what we had already spent besides his service and knew what we were going to spend to correct the problem. He knew we were going to have to purchase underground wire and rent a trencher to complete this job. It was very kind of him to not charge for the second trip. I will use them from now on if we need electrical work done. Morgan Electric is a A++++ in my book, they were reasonable, stuck to their word, courteous, professional and knowledgeable you can't ask for anything more. Thank you Morgan Electric for your superior service! A very satisfied customer.
