He provided an excellent service.  They are very truthful.  They don't tell about the issue, but they tell actually what's going on.  He will tell me if he can fix it or tell me if he cannot.  He is very honest when he looks at it.  The cost of looking at it is free of charge.  He doesn't charge anything.  I got my weed eater there and therefore, he looked at it and he fixed it for me for free.  He cleaned it up for me and it worked fine.

Dropped off chainsaw with list of needed repairs.  Was told 3-5 days, called 7 days later as had not heard anything from them.  Was told repairs completed. Picked up chainsaw after paying ticket, took home & tried to use & SAME issues still existed!  Took back to Mike's shop & explained issues was told repairs were completed.  Demonstrated issues to Mike & Mechanic & after some discussion was refunded money.   Was then told by Mike his shop would NO LONGER do repairs on equipment not bought there!  Effectively saying don't come back!   Have now heard from several people he will not work on equipment not bought there.
I was treated VERY unprofessionally & really had to push issue of NO REPAIRS completed on my equipment to to get a refund.
I wonder how many other people have not pushed the issue & got their refund for similar issues? 
I will now drive into town to get my equipment issues resolved & will NEVER return to Mike's for ANY issues be it repairs OR buying new equipment & advise all I know to do same.
