Professional, friendly, and helpful. They were quick to get the house set up and show me how to use the control panel. Also, there monthly monitoring is great and inexpensive.

They had an issue in the beginning with the builders but they got that cleared up so that they could service us. They did the actual wiring of the house when it was being constructed. They were very good, very knowledgeable and very responsive. I did not have any issues. They wired the house for my home theater system too.
