I was referred to Hull Heat & Air by a friend (who had used them for years and had a great experience) when my AC unit stopped functioning at the height of Oklahoma?s hot summer (it was 98 degrees!). I called Mr. Hull early in the morning and he was able to make it out the same day. 
Upon inspection, he determined that my motor had died, and demonstrated to me how it had failed (the unit was 25 years old ? so no surprise there). He repaired it on the spot for a reasonable rate and was done in less than an hour. 
My AC worked perfectly for about three weeks, then failed again. Since his initial motor replacement came with a 30 day parts and labor warranty, I called Mr. Hull again to look at it, thinking it must be the motor again. As it turns out, it was only a blown fuse (likely caused by an old and struggling compressor). Because this was unrelated to the motor, he could have charged me for the service call, but he did not. My house was cool again, and the entire visit was gratis. 
Unless you?re an expert in HVAC systems, it can be hard to hard to tell the honest repairmen from the shady ones. Hull Heat & Air has demonstrated to me that it is not only a business run with professionalism and integrity, but one that values exemplary customer service. 
Kudos to you, Mr. Hull, for helping me squeeze a little more life out of my 25 year old unit, and for cutting me some slack when you could have profited from my urgent situation.

They came in, checked a/c repaired a wire and a/c worked.

We purchased a Lennox heat pump in 2008 from Quality Air.  We paid $7400.00 for it.  The first winter after it was installed it would not heat.  The service man from Quality Air came out and said our heat strips were burned out but it cost us nothing because it was still under warranty.  Every winter thereafter we had problems with our heat.  We had more heat strips burned out one year that had to be replaced and some kind of motor that was replaced another year.  We have had all of the regular maintenance done twice a year as recommended.  We have spent a lot of money in addition to the initial cost of the unit.  This year we again had problems with the unit.  Our electric bills every year were very high and we were told that a heat pump was supposed to be very economical but because we are not heat and air people we knew something was wrong with the unit but when the service people came out they would replace something and tell us it was working properly and leave.  This year we decided to find someone else to check it out and we called Hull Heat and Air.  Richard Hull came out and initially thought it was just low on Freon so he put some in but later that evening it was not working correctly again.  We called him back and he came back and was not sure what the problem was so he hooked up his equipment and took down information from his equipment and called Lennox.  He told us he was not going to start putting parts on it until he was absolutely sure what was wrong.  Lennox gave him the information he needed and he replaced some kind of valve on the outside unit.  He installed it temporarily and again hooked up all of his equipment and left if overnight to make sure that the valve was the problem.  He came back the next day and checked everything and the valve was indeed the problem.  He finished with the installation and it has been working perfectly ever since.  He did not charge us any additional service calls for the additional times he came out and he was determined to find the problem, and he did.  We wish we would have contacted him in the beginning when we purchased our new unit.  He spent a lot of time educating us on how the heat pump is supposed to operate and if we would have know what he told us we would have know right off that the unit was not working correctly.  The whole time we have had this heat pump the outside unit never came on in the winter.  The other service people should have known it was not working correctly and took the time to find out what the problem was instead of charging us for things that did not fix it and then leaving.  I would never recommend Quality Air but would most assuredly recommend Hull Heat and Air.  Richard Hull is a man of character and integrity and will not take advantage of anyone.  The only problem is he works by himself right now so he does not have a large staff of service people that can respond day or night 7 days a week the way other large companies do but the quality of his work is worth this small inconvenience.

He showed up at the appointed time and began a 2 day job of removing the old heat and air and installing a new replacement unit. the new system works wonderfully. they did a wonderful job of installation and explaining how the system works and cleaning up after the install. I highly recommend their services

I called Mr. Hull for a 2nd opinion on whether my air conditioner could be repaired. He was able to come the next day and declared it dead and could not be resurrected. He installed the new one 2 days later--he is very busy as well as reliable. He arrived, replaced the old one and hauled the remains away.
I will definitely use his services again.

It’s a small company, a one man operation actually, and he is very experienced, very responsive and on time, and does neat work. He really knows his stuff. He had to have the floor furnace pretty much reengineered and rebuilt. He does regular air conditioner service too but his specialty is working on old floor furnaces, window units and things like that. The reason I use him is because it is hard to find people who can work on these things anymore. He is going to be my air conditioning man from now on.
