C And D Fence

An employee from this company initially came out and gave me a quote for chainlink fence. I received some quotes from other fence companies and this was by far the best quote for the type of fencing and installation. This should have been the first flag. A time was scheduled for Cand D to come and install the fence. I had scheduled leave and took off that day to be here for the installation. After 2 hours of waiting for them to show up at the scheduled time I called and they told me that they would be out later. Never happened. I called again and was told that they would definitely be out the next day. I scheduled another day off to be there and they never showed. I finally called and canceled the installation. My guess is that they under-quoted the bid and was hoping that I would cancel. It worked. Completely unprofessional. This actually cost me money for no services rendered due to the time I had to take off of work.

Fencing was falling down and we had the owner of C and D Fence come to our home for an estimate. He gave us a firm estimate in writing and the estimated amount was what we actually paid. Estimate was given 3/27/13 and we gave him the "go ahead" the following week. But then it rained and rained, so he cemented the concrete posts in place on 4/5/13 but had to wait another week for things to dry out and finished the job 4/12/13. He was as expeditious as could be expected given the weather conditions. We would certainly recommend this business to anyone in need of fencing.
