 + -1 more1900I called the company to see if we could get an estimate, took over 24 hours to receive a phone call back. I set up a time to meet with a representative; he said it was raining so they weren't doing much that day. I took time from work to meet with him, only to be left waiting for over 25 minutes. I called their office again, only to get an answering machine again. Two hours later and I STILL haven't received a phone call explaining the "no show." NOT a good first impression!
Description of Work: I was only setting up an appointment to get an estimate for work we were wanting performed. They never showed up, so no work has been performed.
