A Plus Express Glass LLC

First off, Rick (owner of A+) came in with a bad attitude. He was supposed to replace both sides but just did one. When asked  why not both sides he stated "Why should I?"  Owner of beauty shop said "because that's what I asked for so I assumed you would".   Rick replied "that's your problem, you assumed". Continued to be hateful causing owner to start crying. She mentioned that she was going to have him do other windows but not now. He just said "good".  Customers of the shop couldn't believe how rude he was.  Shop was also getting new floor and the floor man apologized on behalf of all men who are not a*******.

It went okay. They had to come back out because they messed it up the first time. We had to go back and forth. They did end up honoring it. They put in the glass crooked. I didn't want to say that the house was crooked which is kind of crazy. They did end up honoring it, so I have to praise them for that. I think they're a good company. The thing that stood out was that they did ultimately end up redoing the windows. They did it right. I think the guy knows what he was doing. The pricing was fine. Their punctuality was fine. They showed up when they were supposed to. I would consider using them in the future.

It was just fine and I was very pleased and satisfied their work. They were punctual and professional. I have no complaints.

Overall the service and quality of the windows were great. The only problem I had was with the not-so-great clean up job. They left quite a bit of caulking on the brick.

They were very nice on the phone and the workers were too. It did take however three attempts to get the correct windows installed.

They did a great job all around - very responsive to my call, they came out within a day or two, did the work efficiently, professionally, and added on a small job that I asked them to do for minimal increase in cost. I would most definitely recommend them and hire them again.

A Plus Glass did a good job on both counts. Responsive, good prices, quality work. I will use them again.

They came to the school where I work to install them. I called them and they ordered it and brought it out in 2 days. I didn't have to leave or go anywhere and it was ready for me to drive home. The prices were really reasonable. The price for the first one was $190. The price included the windshield and installation. They also came here to do the second windshield. I called them on a Tuesday morning and they came Thursday morning and had it ready to go by noon. The interaction was good and I would highly recommend them. I was able to do it over the phone. All I had to do was go out and pay them when they were finished. Their customer service was great. I have referred them to other people at my work.

I am very impressed by this company. They not only listened to what I had to say and took it into consideration when doing the repair and the subsequent replacement, but they also were very personable and professional. I will and already have recommended this company to my coworkers and to friends. Although they are located in Harrah, Rick says that they travel within the surrounding areas. I plan on having my husband's front windshield on his Tundra replaced and the estimate including coming to where the vehicle is is $220.00, which is quite reasonable.
