Work was excellent and fairly priced.

It went fine. Both Mr. Patmon and his assistant were very professional and focused on their job. They wore covers on their shoes to keep from getting our floors dirty. Additionally, neither of the men ever let the storm door slam, and treated our property with utmost respect, as they did each of us, personally. A great team and Mr. Patmon prides himself on his professionalism. Additionally, they were diligent in cleaning up after they had completed the repairs. Once they began working, both men were focused on getting the job done correctly and in a timely manner. Both repairs have been fine and we feel confident that if any issues should arise, related to these two previous repairs, we would be able to contact Mr. Patmon, and he would do whatever would be necessary to address the issue and do so with great customer service and responsiveness.

It actually turned out really well. At first it wasn't too great because I do not think they knew what we were looking for but they came out again and did some work for us. There were no additional charges, but we did have him out to do some work for us and they did a fantastic job on that. I would surely use them in the future.

There was some confusion with it. Basically when I purchased the deal and when I contacted him, he said that Angie's List was supposed to take it off of the market and they were not supposed to offer it. I called Angie's List and I guess somebody from the back office contacted him and then contacted me and straightened it all out. What happened was that that guy got into a car accident and wanted to stop offering the deal because of that, but he just honored it. It took him about 3 weeks to honor it instead of the original chosen date. It almost seemed like he didn't really want to do the work that I was initially wanting him to do. He said that he thought it was something else that I needed to get like a contractor out instead of checking the plumbing out. Basically what ended up happening was he looked at the outside of something and said he didn't think it was plumbing related. It was kind of awkward. That was the reason why I purchased the thing so I had him do 2 other things that were quite a bit in-here jobs but I was still happy with the work he performed. I'm glad that those other 2 things were done. I just had initially wanted at least to make sure it was investigated a little bit more thoroughly, but it was okay.

I called him in the morning and he came out that afternoon and removed tree roots from my line and gave me some good plumging advice.

There was a little confusing at first with purchase of offer. Once I realized situation I was able to work with Elwyn Patmon to get work done. He is a laid back fellow.

I wasn't happy with them. I wanted them to take this piece off of my sink and they didn't do that. It really smells and I don't know why. They said that there wasn't anything down in it, I wanted the stopper pulled out. They said it was around the edges. It wasn't a good time. It was for an hour. There was two of them and they didn't do what I wanted them to do. Even though they didn't agree with me, if they had done what I wanted them to do, and take that piece off like I wanted.

It cost more than the $99 Big Deal because I had to pay for the garbage disposal. I paid $119. Everything went okay. They did good work. I did not like their attitude though. I asked them about some other stuff that I wanted them to check, but they have a job that they had to get to and they did not have time. I paid for two hours of labor and they did not have time. They did not show up for the first appointment and they were running late on the second. They left everything clean.
