They came by in the evening was able to take a look, make some checks. Since it was late, he made arraingements to come back on Sunday. He said if he couldn't get it fixed he wouldn't charge me. On Sunday they came by spent 4 hrs fixed the problem and guaranteed it.

Regarding remotes: Came and assessed. Told me what I needed to get. Came and replaced and added. Regarding electrical outlet from behind oven: Came, assessed, moved outlet.
