I prepaid for 2 hours of handyman services for $50, by way of a Living Social voucher. I called Bulls Home Improvement and made an appointment and then followed up by email, per the service provider's request. (On a side note, the service provider did not answer the phone in a professional manner, which should have been my first clue something was amiss.) On the morning of the appointment, I received an email saying that he couldn't make it and needed to reschedule for the next week. Another week passed and the service provider still didn't appear. I called and emailed several times with no responses. Finally my husband called and someone answered. The service provider made excuses about car trouble, etc. and then promised to appear on a scheduled date and time. The date and time passed with again no sign of a handyman. We have not attempted to contact them since and will not. I do not believe that this is a legitimate business at all but probably a scam artist.
Description of Work: The provider did absolutely nothing. Was a NO-SHOW in spite of multiple appointments and promises to appear.
