Plumbing
I called for estimates from 3 A rated plumbers listed here. The most popular came in at $1100 and said it would take a day and a half to complete the work. Another was $650 which still seemed high to me for how easy the work looked to be so I tried the independent guy. Came out for the estimate on time quoted $450 and did the work a couple days later. 2 hours after arriving he was done. He works like time is money ... for the buyer. Zipped around getting the job done and in the end did an awesome job and at almost a third the cost of the other guy. Highly recommended.
