I will never use ServiceMaster Clean again in my life. Those guys are totally rip off artists; they are thieves. The tornado hit May 22, 2011 and these guys showed up about May 30 saying they wanted to do a packout. They said they were going to pack out my stuff and store it until I can get back in my house. They've got me for charges for Ozone cleaning and stuff like that. There was no fire; they just took two bedroom suites. My whole home is only a little over 1,700 square feet and they say they are storing 2,100 feet of stuff in a climate controlled warehouse. They made me sign a contract and I thought they were just going to take my stuff out. They took two bedroom suites, dresser, mirror, nightstand and two beds. The whole thing is valued at around $3,000 retail maximum. They wanted to charge me $8,357 for my stuff back. I am going to file charges with the Missouri Attorney General; that is just not right; they are taking advantage of people. They used to be here in Joplin but I think they are now in Grove, Oklahoma and I think that is where my stuff is. They can't justify that bill and I will not use them again in the future.
