Norm is extremely good at what he does and is very professional and friendly. Like a lot of service-providers in the area he stays extremely busy so if your job is not an emergency you may have to wait. It is difficult to rate his price because I did not get any quotes from anyone else but for all the times we have used him I never thought a bill was unreasonable.
