WARNING DO NOT USE!! They want to bandaid the situation and not look for the root of the issue to prevent further damage. Company didn’t review the appliance properly before identifying the issue. Had assumptions and ordered part with warranty company based on that. Didn’t pull out the machine to see where the leak was on the floor and how much it covered. Additional issues noted inside the machine but the service tech didn’t bother to open or look into that. Took a month for the company to return and service. Yet again didn’t complete the job. Warranty company sending new company to take care of the issue.
