Did a great job... Yeah!!!

I’m new to having businesses come out to my residence. My concern with that is that I found the things we were talking about and the things that were actually done were two different things. My suggestion was to go around the home with the owner and take notes on each area and be specific about the different types of parts and insulation they will be using. It may sound harsh, but they ended up doing a good job.  They were very professional, although there were some issues with cigarette butts. But they had cleaned those up before they completed the project. The guys were easy to talk and were descriptive enough to give me an idea of what the project would look like when it was completed. I felt that it was fairly easy to negotiate with the owner on the job beforehand, but it is a good idea to get other estimates before you say yes. They did a fair job of cleaning up when it was completed. They did more than what was required and I thought that was good customer service. Overall, I am pleased with it. The only thing I didn’t like was that the workers were doing something different from what was described to me by the owner. However, I stopped them and we waited until the owner came out and made sure everything was correct.
