My name is Donovan Rayon, owner of Rayon Construction Services Inc. I specialize in well managed general contracting services working with qualified subcontractors whom I know, trust and have worked with for years. We can handle most all of your project needs to help minimize the stress that comes with remodeling projects from start to finish. On small jobs, 1-2 weeks, I usually don't require any payment until the job is complete. On larger projects, 15-20% down to start is required and the rest is billed on a percentage of work completed basis.

I hired Rayon Construction Services to work with Dan's Roofing to solve my roofing and structural issues. Donovan and Dan worked out a time where both crews would be available at the same time. Dan's crew tore off the existing roof, then while the roof was off, the Rayon Construction crew went in the attic and installed two new 20 Foot LVL support beams. Then they used hydraulic jacks to raise the roof where it had sagged/separated and installed new bracing. Then Dan's crew was able to finish installing the new roof when the structural repairs were complete.
Both crews from Dan's Roofing and Rayon Construction were very professional. Both crews were great at what they did in their respective areas. The crews arrived at their schedule times, were polite and friendly, showed me the details in their workmanship and both crews thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I could not have asked for more.
Although the combined total expense was over $10,000.00 for me to hire both companies, each company provided me with a detailed proposal/estimate before the job started that I agreed to and they followed through on their commitments. I could not have been more pleased with how the job went and I would definitely hire them again.
The old wood siding was removed from roof to foundation. 5/8 th inch high tech. plywood applied to frame of home for better insulation, and strength. New ship lap (Novelty) wood siding was applied over plywood. New roof supports were custom made to original specifications, as were the attic ventilation openings. Front porch post were replaced. A custom sized back door was fitted and secured. Mr. Rayon and crew did an outstanding job. The house was litterly falling apart prior to this. The cost was exactly what Mr. Rayon said it would be. Mr. Rayon co-ordinated with Dan's roofing company, as certain task with roofer and Mr Rayon's crew overlapped with each other. The home is now finished and is brand new. Mr. Rayon even assisted me in choosing the color sceme. Thanks Mr. Rayon. The house " ROCKS"
Rayon construction worked in conjuction with Dan's roofing to complete the project and both crews did an excellent job. I would recommend either company to my friends and family.
It was a big investment, but this time the job was done correctly and we were very happy about that.
