The work was excellent, the people were professional and pleasant, and the price was competitive.

I drove to Permastone thinking they would have a great selection and made sure to visit during optimal business hours (3-4pm before they close around 5). After I drove an hour I looked around on my own and took a couple pictures to show my husband since he works until 8pm. After I found a few choices I thought I'd be interested in, I went to the first building (the bath showroom apparently) Where the gentleman working with a couple greeted me and asked what I'm looking for. I told him I was interested in kitchen counter materials and he said, in front of his customers, "We can't help you here, all this stuff will scratch when you drag your pots and pans over it." I stood there for a few waiting if he'd direct me to the kitchen showroom I already viewed online prior to visit. I walked out the door and saw the showroom sign about 20 ft away. I walked in and a woman greeted me and asked what she could help with. I told her I'm looking for a kitchen counter for a remodel and that I saw a few slabs I was interested in outside. She took out a form and asked my name so I gave her my info. I told her my contractor's name and that we were from Bartlesville,OK and she immediately cut me off by saying, "Oh we don't deal with anyone from Bartlesville. It's too far (just under an hour which my husband and I drive to and from on a daily basis)." She said bye as she ripped the form from the clipboard and proceeded to shred it. Please don't waste your time. MIDWEST MARBLE and PACIFIC SHORES in Tulsa will deliver almost anywhere and treat you with respect. Like a business should. They wouldn't get anywhere if it weren't for their customers.
