Brewer Russell Exterminating

They talked a good game, but didn't make a dent in the problem. Fogged the first time. When they came back out, they refused to fog and just squirted poison around and it made no difference. We are still overrun by roaches and they just keep asking for more money.

David at Brewer Russell currently come every 3 months to do perimeter treatment and to check for any problems. A year ago we had a bad problem with spiders and bugs, particularly in the basement. They initially treaded inside and out but now just do the outside. The problem is gone. Friendly and prompt.

They did a flawed termite inspection. They said they didn't catch any termites when anyone else would have indicated there was a termite problem if they simply looked. They even perjured themselves on the witness stand. Terminix said they have never seen such a bad infestation in our area.

He's very nice and thorough. He's very experienced. I thought the price was very reasonable. He sat and explained everything to us. He did a good job.

Brewer-Russell completed a series of wood repairs in my crawl space while the previous homeowner was still occupying the property. They did not complete some interior work on the hard wood floors as agreed upon, so I had to have them back out to the property after I moved in. The guys they sent did not seem very experienced in hard wood floor restoration. The repair took multiple trips, some of which I spent waiting at my home while they went to Lowe's for supplies. The end result, from an appearances standpoint, is also quite poor.
A greater issue was brought to my attention months later. After moving furniture, I noticed an area of my floor sagging significantly. I spoke with a Brewer-Russell manager by phone and he said he would call me back after the 4th of July holiday to schedule a time to take a look at the issue. I never heard back.
I invited a new contractor out to inspect the area two weeks later. After a thorough inspection, he noted that the issue was caused by obvious old termite damage. Brewer-Russell did not note any termite damage in the affected area on my inspection report. My new contractor also told me he saw where Brewer-Russel attempted repairs (the ones I paid $1200 for) by attaching new stabilizing boards to the old rotted/damaged wood. As the damaged wood was not actually replaced, he warned me that those repairs would not hold up.
I feel completely taken advantage of because my repairs were in a non-accessible area of my home (crawl space). I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They seem to be very knowledgeable about pests in this area. They provide me with options. I didn't notice any pests but it was around the time that I was moving in. I have noticed the difference and in fact I don't see bugs.

Usually it's the same person that comes over. I like them their service.

They show up on time, do what they need to do and they are gone. I did comparison shop their prices a couple of years ago and their prices were comparable to everybody else that I checked so I am happy with that.

They do yearly inspections for termites. When they come out quarterly they spray inside of the house, baseboards and inspect everything. They do the attic areas, go outside on the porches and around the windows; they spray everywhere. I think they are a little less expensive than other exterminators in the area and I really like their work.

They do a good job. They are consistent and do a professional job.

The owner came to my home and gave me a written estimate. The owner was polite, professional, quick, and answered my questions. I set up a time but had to reschedule for two months later. The exterminator arrived about 30 minutes late after first informing me. He was polite and friendly. He did as I asked in the newly sodded areas, he peeled back the sod rather than digging through it. The only thing that wasn't done to my satisfaction was that I had to retrieve items removed from the porch and replace them. The exterminator had room in front of the drill holes on which to place them, but he didn't. Otherwise, the service was excellent and the price was competitive.
