Very professional. Would have given an "A" on punctuality but because of a prior job was delayed 1 1/2 weeks. Stephen did keep me informed of the situation. The painters Chris and Chris were very nice and professional. I would use them again.

The painter that came to do the work made sure to cover and protect everything that needed to be protected from the paint. He worked hard and steady. He did a great job with the clean up. We were very pleased with our kitchen when he was done. This is the 2nd job we have used them for. We were very pleased on the first job that we used them on so we used them again on this job.

We're very pleased with our end results. 360's painting crew that painted our home are a great group of guys. We will definitely look to 360 should we have a painting project again. Color matching gadget is super; we needed to match trim color to existing metal windows; perfect match! 360 was willing to work around our schedule. We appreciated 360's willingness to touch base with us, as needed in regard to the progress of our job as we had a rather larger project.

The painter they sent to do our job was very good. He went over everything with us again before he started the project and again when he was finished. We were very pleased and would definitely request him for any future projects. 360 came by several times to check on the work and did a final walk through of the job also. Repairs were made and the painting was completed in a timely manner. The representatives from 360 and the painters were very easy to work with.

They worked quickly and had a good team. The final results are very good and the ceiling looks terrific. The job performed was a good value and employees were friendly. If you hired them, be sure to cover your floors and unmoveable furniture with heavy tarps. The thin plastic they use doesn’t stay in place and the ceiling dust is fine enough to ruin your upholstered furniture, ceiling fans and light fixtures. Felicia keeps an eye on the crew and is very professional and accommodating. We liked the bidding and billing process because all details were outlined and emailed for approval. This company offers a great value for the money.

360 Painting did an excellent job. I had quite a bit of cosmetic work, nail pops, caulking, etc. that needed repair. Their attention to detail and professionalism shows in everything they did. They painted my entire interior, including ceilings and doors, exactly as they quoted. I'm extremely happy with 360 Painting and will use them for any future painting needs.

It went really good. They are patiently waited and explained things to me and did not get mad or yell at me like some other painting companies did. I have autism and they were really amazing. You cannot go wrong with 360 painting. Steven and Felicia are both amazing people. They even answered all my questions and my apartment now for the first time feels like home. I am now more relaxed in my home amd i seplt great for the first time in a very long time. My walls are absolutely beautiful.

Felicia was meticulous in her preparation, painting and clean up for both projects. She was great to accommodate my work schedule too! I am impressed with the quality of work that was provided. I will definitely call her again for my next painting project!

It went fairly well. The things they did well: They were professional and had a great responsiveness to questions and issues. They fit me in a week ahead of schedule when they had an opening in their schedule. They came out with 4 color samples to show me the options and put them on the wall. They responded to text well and quickly. The painting itself was good quality. There were a few spots that needed touching up that I didn't see until the day after they left so I wish there was a follow up in a few days for touch up spots built into the process. The thing they didn't do well: I hired them to paint an interior room that had awful wallpaper on it. I received a quote to paint the room without removing the wallpaper and it was around $800. I then decided to go ahead and have the wallpaper removed and the quote was $1200, which I was fine with because we really wanted the wallpaper gone and a quality job. Well, once the job started the painters removed two small panels of the wallpaper and then asked me if they could just paint over it because the wallpaper was really stuck on. I told them just do whatever they thought was best. I came back later to see that no more wallpaper had been removed and when I brought it up and asked for a refund of the $400 difference in price I was told that they couldn't do that. They refunded me $139 which I took, but feel that it was a bit of a lack of integrity on their part. They never admitted fault and that was frustrating. Either their initial quote was wrong or they were just taking advantage of me. Assuming it was the former, I wish they had just admitted the initial quote was wrong and said they were sorry. My sense is that they are bottom line/money focused and that was my biggest issue with their company and why I wouldn't use them again.
