East side neighbor made arrangements. I agreed to pay for 1/2 of the eastern boundary fence between our properties. In addition, I asked Pepper to upgrade my fences facing the street on both the east and west sides of my home. The job took longer than I expected, the quality of materials was less than I expected in that although the vertical "front" of the fence was of cedar, the posts in the ground and the horizontal supports were of another material, likely pine. I was OK with the pine, but it is already splitting. The Gate on the east side of my home was poorly hung as well as one side was supported by a cracking vertical post. I have had to do remedial work to vertical posts to mitigate serious vertical post cracking. The splitting began within a week of installation. This type of fence should not begin cracking within the first year. There was no follow up from Pepper to see how we liked their work. I will not use them again.

The experience was good overall. Their price was competitive. I thought they did a good job and I’ve had no problems!
