Real Estate Auctions
I bid on a Chevorlet Truck along with other items. The auctioneer announced that the trucks' heat and air conditioning along with the other components worked "great". ONE OF THE AUCTIOEERS EMPLOYEES' RAN THE BID up and I bid the exact Bluebook value on this truck thinking everything worked as stated. I won the bid but found that the heater/AC didn't work, nor did the horn, speedometer, gas gage, temp gage, windshield wipers and also discovered that the trucks fuse block was missing inserts.
I contacted the owner of this service to voice my complaint and he had the owner of the truck contact me. The owner was very short with me and talked down to me. He told me to take the truck back to his previous vacant address, leave the keys in it and someone would mail me a check, and they still had possesion of the title.
