JTI Siding

Was told this would be a 5 week job that turned into months. First payment was made on May 17th of 2018 and the first crew showed up in late August for 3 days. 1st Crew's foreman was drunk on the job site and the crew consist of 4 guys in their late teens to early 20's. When I confronted the foreman on the 3rd day about being drunk his reply was "the drinking had nothing to do with the siding job". He left on Friday and did not return. 2nd crew showed up in September and seemed to be OK at the start but it went down hill quick. 1 person in the crew spoke a little English so communicating was an issue. As job went on I noticed that things I was seeing did not look right. House wrap not being installed correctly, siding crooked around windows, chalking being used to fill in gaps because J channel was not installed correctly. Also has issues with siding bulking and oil canning and found that this was due to siding installed incorrectly and instead of fixing the issue the crew tried short cuts to hide. Many more issues, to many to list see pictures attached. 2nd crew also busted out a window beside my front door and at the time I agreed to let them put a temp cover over the hole so they could continue installing siding that JTI and Ted Bradley is refusing to fix. I could write a book on this and back up everything with emails but in short I would not use this company. It is going on almost a year and I am still trying to get issues resolved. I lost my gutters, a window along will a lot of my time. This is my opinion and from this experience with JTI Siding company gets the business then looks for a contractor to do the work and in my case doesn't seem to vet them very well. I have many more pictures but the website will only allow 10.

I am not usually the kind of person to write reviews,
However this time I felt compelled to do one for this company. I have an older
home and have had many contractors come and give me estimates and do work on
this house since I purchased it as a fixer upper. Some of the companies were OK
and some were in my opinion not so good. 
I guess I am a little picky since my father was a carpentry contractor
and served many years as a vocational teacher.

It is my pleasure to tell you that JTI siding is one company
that I would recommend to anyone. From the moment that Ted and his crew came
out to give me an estimate I knew that I was in good hands. Their professionalism
is unsurpassed. I hired them and they did an incredible job on my home. They
arrived on the day they told me and did my home in just one day. At the end of
the day they picked up all the scrap and walked around the house with me to
make sure I was pleased. And to my surprise, I was told that if I was to notice
anything later that they did that I was not pleased with to please call them.

Many of my neighbors have stopped by since and made comments
on how fast the work was done and how beautiful the house looks now. Several
have commented that it has increased my homes value. Even my mail lady drove up
to my house and got out of the truck and walked around it and then made
comments on how nice it looks.  I am
surprised at how close the color of the aluminum is to the steel roof I had put
on three years ago.

In conclusion I would like to say that you can look
elsewhere if you chose to. But I honestly believe that you will not find a
better company to do your work on your home. Every single person they had working here was
treating my home like it was their own and I was a part of their family.

I needed to replace my current wood siding. They showed up on time. They completed the job for the price we had agreed upon. They were all polite and respectful. Overall it was a good experience. I would recommend their services to others.

They showed up on time and stuck to the promised price. We have been surprised with extra costs before, so we were very pleased with their reliability. They kept the yard clean, which is another plus. We are so happy with the results--our house looks amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone. Excellent work for a great value!
