Installation was great. The man who came to my home was professional and had a good attitude. The replacement of my first router took a month to accomplish. That tech never showed up in the first place, but the company never called with an explanation or even an apology. The owner Casey Johnson offered to repair the Fire Stick that I was supposed to receive upon installation and didn't receive for a month. I was greatly upset when the owner began to throw a fit when I left an email and a message on his business' page. His company claims to be known by their superior customer service and I have to say I don't thin the owner has a concept of what it means. He's been distributing illegal fire sticks as promotional gifts and up top it of he's been a jerk
