I purchased a used 2011 Chrysler Mini-van from this dealer. I have bought vehicles from this dealer before and found them very easy to deal with. I also purchased an extended warranty from them with a $50 deductible. I will occasionally encounter as much as a 2-day wait, but usually they get me right in. They generally have my vehicle repaired in not much over an hour on the repairs I've came in for up to date. They have a nice no-frills waiting lounge with TV, magazines, and coffee.

Not the best service I have ever received. Could be partially due to insurance claims. Work was good when completed, however it took 3 months to complete. Issues with staffing and then what to replace and what to repair. Routine maintenance was oil change and engine check. Standard repairs and standard results. Overall happy with service, however would probably check into another repair facility if I had to do it again.
