0the man that did the work was not at all polite! not only did he flood the kitchen AND half of the dining room(keep in mind we have those hardwood flooring panels) but refused to mop up his mess, he left his trash all over the kitchen, and the most irritating part of the whole ordeal was when the guy knowingly charged us $20.00 too much!!

Called and left a message and responded in 10 minutes on Saturday. At the house within an Hour, fixed promptly.

He was very prompt, and even waited for me when I was late from an appointment. He ended up going to Lowes to get the above parts. He seemed to fix the problem/we'll see, for the longterm. The total amount seemed high to me, as it took him probably less than an hour. What I had a problem with, was for these 2 parts that he bought at Lowes, he charged me $47.35. When I asked to see the receipt for these parts, he said he didn't have a receipt, but he said when his statement comes in he will show me the cost of the parts. WE'LL SEE..... It seems to me, even if one has a charge acct. with the store, they should still have a receipt for the part they bought. It would only be good business practice to make sure HE is also being charged correctly. This makes me suspicious. If he can show me the cost of the parts, and if they match what he charged me, I would probably use him again. If not, then NO, I will not use him again. I don't like even 'feeling' like I've been ripped off. I'm a single older lady, and some may think it would be easy to take advantage.

Approximately 1 hr 15 min between initial call and project complete, even though it was not an emergency. Actual job took 10 mins or so. Very happy with everything.

We could not have asked for a better experience. I would not hesitate at all to hire him again and again for all our plumbing needs.
