Pioneer Construction warrantied their work and nothing has ever gone wrong. I am very pleased that they cleaned the job-site and were very easy to get along with from to to day. They were always professional and very polite.

The roof went well. Good job. Quality appears to be good. Clean up not great, but passable. id the main job but didn't follow through with the smaller jobs we had discussed The proprietor who was the one who made the deal had led me to expect that he would oversee the job, and make plans then to finish the other work. That didn't happen. I don't know if he checked the finished job or not.
