cell phone service
 + -1 morethe service was terrible! they refused to let me change phones even though I had a phone. I call the main office in kingfisher and they did the change right over the phone without any problem. they suggest I report this office for neglect. they either are not knowledgeable about what they do or their service has really failed in the last few years! the other office is much better as far as doing the sales and phone switching. they seem to know what they are doing unlike this office. it may be a case of just being lazy however if that is so then the supervisor of this office is lazy to. I think its just a matter of being uneducated about the rules and policies. they seem to make up their own. the main office seemed to agree with me on that matter. I will never refer anyone again to pioneer. or at least this office!
Description of Work: I requested a phone change after spending over 500 in contracts and phones, because I had other phones from this company and the current one I had was not working right. they could not fix the problem so I came across an older phone I had with them that worked fine. All I wanted was to change phones. they said I had a contract with that phone and could not change. this is false!! The main office said they had no problem doing it for me and did not understand why this office couldn't.
