We started using them in 2012, they came out and did a really good spray.  The roach problem had decreased a bit.  After using them for about six months, their spray got half.  I think they were diluting their chemicals too much and the roach problem actually ended up spreading even more when they first started.  It got worse and worse and it did not get better.  I think they just came in and sprayed at the corners but they were not thorough with the spraying and I think they were diluting it too much so the roach problem ended up getting worst.  The last time I used them was in November 2014 but I decided to give it one more try so I asked them to make the spray stronger.  So he came and said what he did and he was very friendly.  The owner was very friendly but I think it was not intended for us.  I asked them to make it stronger for the last spray and said what he did but then we just decided that we have found somebody else.  After that we started doing the spray ourselves, we found some other chemicals.  Actually now, our property is a hundred percent bug free.  So we ended up deciding to cut ties with them.  We figured we wasted $400 a month to feed these roaches.   

We have used them for two years.  For the first eight months it was good then the job was not as good as it was in the beginning.   

They were personable and friendly.   

Mr Miles showed up the same day I called and gave me an estimate. He and his partner were punctual and polite. They told me exactly what they would do and were careful with my property. They refilled trenches so everything was tidy before they left._x000D_|

very through very courteous and professional . Explained what they were doing and why and they cleaned up after ward and I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will use their business again.
