He came out in the country when others wouldn't and got our unit working.

Lloyd was helpful to me as I managed the bid from my home in California. He was at my mother's home the day after I contacted him to provide an estimate (that's 75 miles from his home in Enid, OK). The all electric heat pump was perfect for my mother's remodeled 1,000 square foot home. Lloyd installed outside and inside units plus ducting to all rooms in mom's tri-level home--not an easy job. The job was completed in two days and has worked great since installation.

Was able to provide service on short notice and quickly diagnosed and repaired problem with air conditioner. Both Lloyd and his wife are very personable. Will definitely use again when needed.

Very good.  He checked the furnace, vents, and thermostat and found all to be in working order.  He explained that the new thermostat works a little differently than the 30 year old one that had been previously replaced.  He took time to make sure the occupant understood that everything was okay and made sure she understood that she could call any time if there were any more concerns.

It went very well.  The technician provided different options for repair, gave estimates on how long those repairs would last as well as how much each repair would cost.  The parts were ordered on a Monday and arrived on the following Wednesday morning.  All work was completed within a five hour time frame.  I was notified when the work was completed and given all documentation.  This is a great company and I highly recommend their service.  The owner and technicians are extremely knowledgeable about heating systems and their various components.  They went above and beyond to identify any issues within the heating system, even offering expertise and guidance for ways to reduce cost and improve performance. 

The quality of the work was good.  The service men were  clean and friendly.  The unit is an Amana and the electronic thermostat is very nice and user friendly.  When we had an issue with the rebate that was offered as part of the contract, Lloyd's provided the difference between what we received and what he estimated.  We appreciated the honesty and following through with the written estimate.
